Meet The Board of Directors & Our Team
David Ledoux
David has 10 years of commercial real estate development experience including leading GreenSpace in their equity raise and credit facility efforts. Over the past 6 years David has successfully raised over $200M in debt and equity for commercial real estate projects. Prior to GreenSpace, he was the Controller for Ventech Engineers International – a $350M engineering, procurement and construction firm. David led the finance, accounting, IT, HR, risk management, treasury and M&A functions of the firm during his tenure there. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin – McCombs School of Business.
Rick Stockton
Rick co-founded GreenSpace in 2016 to develop ground-up, multi-story self-storage projects using the GreenSpace patented IP he co-authored. Rick has 10 years of commercial real estate development experience having constructed 5 facilities in Texas, Maryland and Virginia. Rick previously developed Oil & Gas Refinery projects in North America and across the globe. Rick studied Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University.
Elliot Salman
Elliot joined GreenSpace in 2024 and serves as development lead – sourcing, underwriting, and managing self-storage development opportunities using GreenSpace’s proprietary methodology of building with used shipping containers. Prior to GreenSpace, Elliot worked for Quarterra, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lennar, where he co-led the acquisitions platform for Upward America Venture. The Venture deployed $700M in equity over two years, acquiring 5,000 new-construction rental homes across 19 markets. Elliot graduated from Wake Forest University with a BA in Economics and Spanish and earned an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in Real Estate Development.
Ryan Hanks
Ryan is the Founder and CEO of Madison Capital Group (MCG). MCG was founded in 2009 with the purpose of creating an opportunistic real estate venture that would seek opportunistic returns in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast region. Ryan has 20 years of real estate experience acquiring and developing apartment communities and storage facilities and has been involved in more than $5 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Ryan was previously with Apartment Realty Advisors, the nation’s second largest apartment brokerage firm specializing in the disposition of multifamily communities on behalf of private and institutional investors. Prior to Apartment Realty Advisors, Ryan served as Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for a public company that specialized in the ownership, management, and development of multifamily communities across the Country, and was responsible for sourcing investment and development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Ryan is a member of the Charlotte Apartment Association, Urban Land Institute, National Multi-Housing Council, and Self-Storage Association. Ryan attended Liberty University to study Business Administration
